[WIham] updated supply, now bought a rig to go with it

Well, 
I went with the Astron RS 20 supply. I just bought a Icom IC 28H 2 meter to go along with it. stayed under my budget and was about to give my wife what I didnt spend (this could be good). So I should be back on the air maybe this weekend or Mon. My HT hooked up to my tower worked ok but now things should be alot better. ALL the review I read on this rig were really good, seem like i work horse rig, I guess we will see. for the owner manuail seem pretty simple witch for me is good and built pretty well from the reviews on e ham.
