144.240 SSB net is at 8pm central every Wed. For best
results, use horizontally polarized antennas, as this is the standard
on SSB portions of VHF/UHF bands. Your 144.240 net control
is WB9LYH Mark in Wood Co, or EN54cl. For more detail,
including helpful tips, visit this post to kc9bqa.com

Every Thursday night you have two friendly, active FM simplex
nets to choose from. KC9BQA in S Sheboygan Co. on 146.430
at 8pm and WV9E just north of LaCrosse on 146.460 at 8:30pm.
All are welcome, please spread the word. We use vertical
polarization, as is the norm on 2m FM. More detail about the
FM nets is at http://kc9bqa.com/?p=2985
My goal over time is to discover or develop pockets of V/UHF
activity in every corner of WI. It may be that there are other nets
I'm unaware of. Feel free to send me email with that info.
If you or your club want to test your 2m range, email me.
If you or your club want a "how-to" video about V/UHF,
here's one you can use: http://kc9bqa.com/?p=2816
