[WIham] simplex QRP 2 meters looking for contacts

Hi Jimmy,

Our little group of weak signal operators in the Eau Claire area tend to 
hang out on 147.545 FM simplex.  If you have SSB, you might scare some 
of us up on 144.200 as well.
