will conduct a forum to "kick off" the new digital 
communications initiative for Illinois ARES. 
It is hoped 100% of the clubs, groups, tower owners, 
IL hams and ARES members will get behind this 
largest IL digital system ever implemented.

and Dale Marzano, KB9LMK DEC/IMERT and Will County EC
