[WIham] March 18 Weather Spotter Training

Myself and a few other hams will be presenting a weather spotter
training program on Saturday, March 18th at 11 AM in the Greenfield High
School Auditorium on Milwaukee's near south side.

This is the only daytime & weekend training program in southeast
Wisconsin. On hand will be local media and National Weather Service
speakers.
