The simplist solution is to have a little discussion.  Maybe a monthly email 
of some sort.  Just one email per month will keep the cleanup robot away.  
With these 3 emails in this discussion, we are good for another month now!

The other possibility might be to contact the ARRL and see if we could get
an e-mail list of all hams in WI and send out a lil spam :)
