Radio! I wasn't thinking of "spam" as the way to keep it open. I was
thinking of a monthly FAQ or something like that. Just an email that
reminds people they can use this list and what it is for. Maybe just
sending the link to the about page for this list=3F

Wasn't this intended as a means for Wisconsin hams to post=20
announcements, questions/answers, discourse, and perhaps the=20
occasional "for sale" item=3F (It has been so long that I really don't =
remember. Maybe I am confusing this with another site.)
