[WIARC] new club email group

I am experimenting with a more modern email list system for the club to
replace the outdated Mailman system we have been using. The new system will
allow sending attachments and accept HTML as well as plain text messages.

I have already sent an invite out to a few of you, if you did not get an
invite and want to help with testing the viability of the new email service,
you may request to join at WIARC+subscribe at groups.io
<mailto:WIARC+subscribe at groups.io> 

For now, it will be for testing only and if it works out and once the
settings get tuned to how we want them, I hope transition the whole club to
the new email service., but it may take a few weeks before we are to that
point.

Once you join the new list, you may send emails to the list by using
WIARC at groups.io and you will receive messages from the list as well.
