[WIARC] newsletter and meeting notice

The November edition of the Western Illinois ARC newsletter "The Feedline"

The November meeting will be Wednesday November 2, 7:00 PM at the Red Cross
in Quincy. The repeater board will be presenting a proposal on taking
advantage of the current Yaesu Fusion discount program to replace and update
some of our repeater hardware. Also, there will likely be a recap of the
Illinois QSO Party as well. 

There will be a VE session on Saturday November 5th. If you want to test or
know anyone that does, contact Dave, W9WE.
