AA9GL told me that there was an email sent out to the Hannibal club members that Rocky Shrum, KE0KCR, has passed away as well. I have not yet been able to find an obituary for Rocky, when I find more information, I will share it. Rocky joined the WIARC last summer and had attended several meetings.
