Since I am the trustee for both of the club's call signs, I get an
occasional QSL card request. Recently I received on that only had two $.01
stamps on both the envelope addressed to me and on the SASE going back.
There was also a note stamped on front of both envelopes referencing the law
that allows this. I had to look into it to see what it covered and during my
search, I found a blog that goes into some detail about the topic and the
