[WIARC] meeting location

We will be meeting at the Quincy Public Library for the May meeting on
Wednesday May 4, at 7:00 PM. I had hoped we might be able to meet outside
but currently the weather forecast is a bit iffy for that night.

I plan to have a Zoom session available for those that want to participate
remotely, let me know if you want to attend via Zoom and I will send you the
link.
