[WIARC] June 3 meeting agenda

We will have a club business meeting Wednesday June 3, but it will not be a
face to face meeting, it will be via a conference call. We will start at
7:00 PM. K9FHX may not be in town but may join the teleconference. If he
does not, I have agreed to chair the meeting in his place.

The meeting needs to be short and to the point so we will probably not cover
other than what is deemed time sensitive items. I really hope to limit the
meeting to under 30 minutes.

On the agenda will be;

Treasurer's report
a final decision about our hamfest in August
a couple of new membership applications
what we can do for Field Day
an announcement from the repeater board. 
old or new business that I have overlooked that needs attention.

The number to call for the teleconference is 425-436-6304 and the passcode

Starting at 7:00, I will be logging stations as they join the call, after a
few minutes to allow everyone to get checked in, I will start the business
meeting. I will need the call sign from each person on the conference call
so we know for sure we have a quorum to conduct club business. Our bylaws
state we must have at least 10 members in good standing and at least on
officer for a quorum. If any motions are divided, we may have to have a roll
call vote, but hopefully that will not be necessary.
