[WIARC] virtual meeting thoughts

There are a few issues the club needs to take action on, a couple of new
member applications and the fate of out hamfest this year.

The June meeting date is getting close and since it is a pretty sure thing
we will not be allowed to meet as a group in June, how many members are
willing to use Zoom for an online meeting? Many other groups have used and
are continuing to use Zoom without any major problems. We will need a quorum
which is ten members, including at least one officer before any business can
be conducted. If we cannot get more than 10 a quorum to agree to use Zoom,
there is no reason to pursue it.

The other option is an on the air meeting, which I am not sure is the best
idea and we would still need a quorum to conduct business. If we do an
online meeting, it will be just the necessities.
