[WIARC] WIARC April 1st meeting

I now understand that we have a confirmed case of COVID-19 in Quincy. I 
have had conversations with our club officer's vial phone and email. The 
only one I have not talked to is Chris and he is on Military Leave. It's 
been decided to _cancel_ our April 1^st meeting. As for our April 18^th 
dinner there has been _no decision_ as yet. In a few weeks an 
announcement will be made one way or the other about the dinner. Our 
next meeting is May 6^th . The important thing is for all to take care 
and stay healthy.
