[WIARC] ARRL contest certificates

The ARRL now allows contesters to download certificates online. Most ARRL
contest certificates have been mailed in the past and then only to those
that finish pretty high up the ladder at the section or national level. Many
other certificates are now available to us smaller pistols and can be found
online at:

https://contests.arrl.org/certificates.php

When I looked, I was surprised at how may contests I had been active in in
years past. There were even a couple of certificates for DX contests from
the club station as W9OAB that I printed out and will bring to the club
station later.
