[WIARC] meeting/conf call

By popular request, Wednesday's meeting will offer call-in options.  I know
there are a few who prefer not to meet face-to-face (understandably) and
others who simply can't attend.  We will try to see that all involved are
able to hear the proceedings and participate.   I'll start the call a couple
of minutes prior to 7 pm.
