[WIARC] meeting August 5th

The executive committee has decided we will be holding an in person club
meeting this coming Wednesday, August 5 at 7:00 PM at the Twin Oaks Club,
2707 Bonansinga Drive in Quincy.

The biggest reason for this meeting is to hold an election to fill the
recently vacated position of President. The executive committee has acted as
the nominating committee and have at least one candidate for the position
and nominations will be taken from the floor prior to the election.

Because we need to conduct club business, it is necessary we have a quorum
at the meeting. Our club constitution says it takes a minimum of 10 members,
with at least one officer, to make a quorum. Please plan on attending if at
all possible. Also, please observe social distancing and health precautions
to protect yourself and others.
