Please take a look and comment on what you like, don't like or have suggestions to improve. These are all rough drafts, there are lots of areas to be touched up, colors, fonts, size, layout, even new ideas are all fair game. I will post two links below. The first one is a YouTube video that explains what it is. The second link is the link to the website that has the code practice. In a few words what I found interesting about it, is that this is real QSO?s to other people over the internet. Just incase you are not ready to get on the air with you skill level. On the about page of the second link they sell the really small board that allows you to plug you key into you USB port. I thought this was a neat idea for around $25. The website is also broken up into channels and can support multiple individuals on one channel. Hope this helps someone that want to learn. 73 Chris Schulz NR9Q https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f376DCaM1Ps&feature=youtu.be https://hamradio.solutions/vband/ Sent from Mail for Windows 10 From dpease at adams.net Sun Dec 20 16:55:19 2020 From: dpease at adams.net (Danny Pease) Date: Sun, 20 Dec 2020 15:55:19 -0600 Subject: [WIARC] Another logo for consideration Message-ID: <0c2c01d6d71a$cefce4d0$6cf6ae70$@adams.net> NB4C has come up with another logo for consideration, a little more streamlined and a bit more modern looking. Dues have not changed in many years, for most of us it is $20.00, family members in the same household are an additional $10.00 each. There are other options and can be found in the club bylaws at: WESTERN ILLINOIS AMATEUR RADIO CLUB (w9awe.org) Scroll down to Article VII for the dues structure. If you have any question about dues, feel free to ask any executive board member. Make the check payable to the Western Illinois Amateur Radio Club but, If you would, mail your dues directly to K9VXD, rather than the club PO box, that will save Arnold having to get out to check the club PO box as often.
