The December 2109 issue of the Western Illinois ARC is available for viewing

The December meeting of the Western Illinois Amateur Radio Club will be
Wednesday Dec. 4th at 7:00 PM at the Red Cross in Quincy. Besides the normal
business meeting, we will have election of officers for 2020. The nominating
committee has at least on person for each open office, they will still
accept nominations and nominations will be taken at the meeting before the
election. If you think you want to serve or at least learn a bit more about
