[WIARC] fox hunt attenuator option

The  recent fox hunt demonstrated how much an adjustable attenuator can
help. The more common approach is several T or PI resistive attenuator
sections that can be switched in to provide enough attenuation to the fox's
signal to make finding it easier.

switchable attenuator.
