[WIARC] Dinner meeting reminder

Don't forget, there will not be a regular business meeting of the Western IL
ARC this week but instead we have our annual dinner and installation of 2017
officers on Saturday Jan. 14th at The Patio, 133 S. 4th in Quincy. There
will be a time to socialize from 6:00 PM until 7:00 (adult beverages
available ala carte), the meal will be served about 7:00. The menu will be
fried chicken, roast beef, salad, potato, vegetable, dessert and coffee or
tea. The cost is $18.00 per person. The program after the meal will be
presented by Melba and Jim Funk on the past year's National Parks on the Air
activity.

Everyone is invited, you do not need to be a club member or even an Amateur
Radio operator, feel free to bring you family or friends.

Reservations are needed by Thursday January 12 and can be made with Danny,
NG9R, dpease at adams.net or 217-430-2046. If you make a reservation and do not
attend, you will still be responsible for your reservation as we get charged
for the reservations we turn in. If you do make a reservation and find out
you cannot attend, please let me know by January 12 so we don't get charged.
Also, we can usually squeeze in an extra person or two without a
reservation, but it is better to make the reservation prior if at all
possible.
