[WIARC] Swapfest!

The 2017 Swapfest it tomorrow and the weather forecast is just about
perfect. Set up starts this evening at 6:00, we have at least three vendors
that will need help unloading. Officially gates open Saturday at 8:00 but we
all know many will show up well before that, so if you have volunteered to
help with gate or parking, make sure you are there are the appropriate time.
While we have several volunteers, more are appreciated. There are many
places to help, club table, parking, gate, concessions and even simply being
there to support the event. 

 Vendors that have indicated they intend to be there include Amateur
Accessories, D&L Antenna, Dit & Dash and Silver Needle Embroidery. 

Our ARRL Section Manager, Ron Morgan, AD9I, will be attending and speak to
us after the VE session finishes, around 10:00 AM.

We will need several people to help with loading the vendors back up and we
also have to clean up after ourselves.

Please come out and support the club in this effort.
