[WIARC] new repeater equipment installed

Thanks to WA9GBC and NA9Q, this past Saturday, the new Yaesu Fusion repeater
was installed on the 147.030 repeater. You will very likely notice several
differences but what the repeater board needs is feedback on performance. If
you notice anything much different in coverage, please let someone on the
repeater board know. The power output is within a few watts of what it had
been running and it should be heard about the same as before, we are really
interested in how well it hears and if there are any issues with squelch
settings, time outs or unusual transmissions. You will not hear any of the
old audio announcements that were generated by the old 7K controller as it
is not in the circuit at this time, but may be added back at some future
time.
