Danny NG9R From dpease at adams.net Sat Jan 9 13:59:58 2016 From: dpease at adams.net (Danny Pease) Date: Sat, 9 Jan 2016 12:59:58 -0600 Subject: [WIARC] Red Cross access cards Message-ID: <09c901d14b0f$efbf2850$cf3d78f0$@adams.net> Here is a message from Dorothy at the Red Cross. If you have a card, please respond to Dorothy and not me! Danny NG9R Hello, This is regarding the Key Card you were issued to enter the Red Cross Building in Quincy. We have some new people that need cards and the supply was depleted and we were not allowed to purchase more. Now they have agreed to let us get cards and they want to have a complete list of who has them checked out. So, please respond to this e-mail: if you still have the card, then list the number that is printed on the edge. Faintly seen. if you do not have the card anymore, then we can remove that entry access. if you no longer need the card, then we can terminate it and reissue the access to someone else if you gave your card to someone else, please let us know who, so we can record it. We have some that were checked out to Guest and some to Unknown that only have Disaster area access. These may be to the WIARC, but if we don't know who has them we want to deactivate them. So, maybe someone from the WIARC can pass this email on to your group, so we can be sure they are on our list. The way the system works, whenever you enter with the card, it records who came into the building. That way since the building isn't always occupied, we have better control of who enters and when. Thank you so much for helping us with this project!
