The hams will provide comms for logistical, health and safety, transportation, and command /control of each volunteer center. Comma will be pretty much fixed in one location. The volunteers will be combing the assigned quadrants collecting debris that will be staged for collection by city crews. They will be under shelter (tents) with fans... water and box lunches also.
