I was wondering if they could be somehow modified to transmit in NTSC for
here in the United States. I was thinking it probably has a modulation
board and some kind of amplifier. I could just replace the modulation board
with another couldn't I? He says he has about 15 of them if anyone else
wanted one.

I'll try to find schematics.
