[WIARC] Newsletter and dinner meeting

The January issue of the Western Illinois ARC Feedline is available for

Dues for 2015 are due! Dues are the same as they have been for several
years, $20 per individual an a family membership discount is available where
the highest class licensee pays the full $20 and all other members of the
same household cost an additional $10.00 each. The full dues schedule is on

may be paid at any meeting or by mailing a check to the club PO Box.

Please note, there is no regular business meeting in January but we do have
the dinner meeting on Saturday evening, January 9, at The Patio, 133 S. 4th
in Quincy. The newsletter has all the details, but we want to invite
everyone that is interested, this is a social affair and is open to friends
and family, you do not need be a club member or even an Amateur Radio
operator. The cost is $15.00 per person which includes tax and gratuity. The
Patio always has good food and besides the meal, Mike Nowack will be
bringing us a program on one of his trips to Alaska. We do need reservations
by Thursday January7. If you plan to go but have not yet made your
reservation, please do so as soon as possible. You can make your reservation

A reminder, as was discussed at the December club meeting, the PL tone used
to access the 146.94 repeater will be changing from 103.5 to 123.0 on March
1st. Please spread the word!
