I got back to the club station today and loaded the W9OAB log from this past
weekend's activity to LoTW.
W9OAB totals for the CQWW SSB were as follows were 392 QSO's, 1065 points,
73 zones and 179 band/countries. The highest number of countries was 15
meters with 76 countries worked and 22 zones. 10 meters was 59 countries and
21 zones, 20 meters was 40 countries and 21 zones There were just a handful
of countries worked on 160, 80 and 40.
The W9OAB DXCC count confirmed on LoTW is now 48, just about double what it
was before the weekend. Several more confirmations should come as some of
the other stations upload logs. As soon as the log was processed W9OAB had
almost 60 new confirmations. Nothing like a weekend DX contest and decent
propagation to increase DXCC country count. Looking at some of the results
from other Midwest contesters, as many as 149 countries were worked by one
station on 10 meters this past weekend, So the activity and propagation did
allow many to work DXCC in less than 48 hours this weekend.
