[WIARC] XCEL Cabillo Style Template for ILQP

I have posted to the page announcing the 2104 ILQP, an EXCEL spreadsheet template which can be used to manually create a Cabrillo style log. Use this template to convert a handwritten log to a digital log which may then be emailed. Note the 'QSO:' which must be in cell A of each line of the QSO records. Also note that 'END-OF-LOG:' must appear in cell A of the next line following the last QSO record. In the template you will notice a small red triangle in the cells of the first line of QSO records. Placing the cursor over each of those cells will bring up the details of the information to be entered in that cell of each QSO record (line).
