[WIARC] old W9OAB QSL card

Former newsletter editor and club member, Dave Cripe, NM0S, picked up an old
W9AOB QSL card up at Dayton a year or two back and was thoughtful enough to
pass it on to the club. As you know, the club holds the call W9OAB now, but
prior to us getting it, it belonged to John Fisher, a charter member of the
WIARC. This card will be a prized item to display in the new club station.
