[WIARC] WIARC Feedline and meeting announcement

The July edition of the Western Illinois ARC Feedline is available for
viewing. It can be seen at:

The July meeting of the WIARC will be Wednesday July 2, 7:30 PM at the Red
Cross in Quincy. Among the usual reports, we should have a preili8minary
report on Field Day and more planning and discussion on the Swapfest.

There is still a silent auction in the works, but things did not get done in
time to get a list of items into the newsletter this month, keep your ears
open for updates on when this will happen.
