[WIARC] 147.030 timed out

Everyone please check your 2 meter radios, both at home and mobiles. The
147.030 repeater has had a signal with PL tone on it since before noon
Wednesday and has the repeater timed out. Also, if you can, please check the
input and see if you can hear the signal. I can barely hear it in Camp
Point, NA9Q said it was quite strong when he was near 12th and State in
Quincy. If you are able to hear it, please let me know how strong it is and
where you are located at. Also, if you have a directional antenna, try
pinpointing the signal and report the heading as well. Please pass this
information on to anyone else you think might be able to help.
