[WIARC] dinner meeting question

Merry Christmas!!

 I just checked again with the Patio. We are booked for Saturday, Jan. 9, 
2010 at 6:30PM,  Party Room.  Dinner will be at 7:00PM, a BOUNTIFUL FEAST in 
the Patio Family Style.

Includes two meats, potatoe, veg, salad,
dessert, coffe or tea.

Our cost is $13.00 per person, tax and
gratutity included. We have estimated our
attendance to be 40 - 45 persons, will need to give them a final head count 
by
Wednesday, Jan. 6th.
