[WIARC] WAIRC Swapfest

The Western Illinois ARC Swapfest will be held this Saturday, August 8th,
from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM. It is located at Eagles Alps, 3737 N. 5th
Street, Quincy, IL. There is free tailgating with paid admission, prizes,
food, indoor tables are available and several vendors are scheduled to be
there, including Amateur Accessories and D&L Antenna. Talk-in on 147.030
(+600) and a sub-tone of 103.5. There will also be VE testing at an offsite
