[WIARC] Quincy Notre Dame Cross Country Invitational

The QND Cross Country Team has an invitational race in South Park with 20+
High Schools from Illinois Missouri and Iowa, and 300+ runners on September
23rd at 4:00pm and they have asked the local Ham Community to help provide
communications for the event. The races start at 4:00 and are usally over by
6:15 or so. In the past we have used 2 meters on 147.51 simplex. Anybody
