[WIARC] DX contest

For those of you that got on for either the CW or phone ARRL DX
contests, don't forget to list the Western Illinois ARC as the
affiliated club and make sure you get your log sent in.  If anyone needs
any help with your log, sing out. The CW logs are due in less than 2
weeks.
