[WIARC] HV transformers

I have a fellow ham that is looking for HV transformers for high power 
amplifier projects.  He would like something that will get above 4 KV DC at 
close to 1 amp and it must be 230 vac, single phase. Let me know if you have 
any leads.  I am hoping maybe some of the Harris or Broadcast Electronics 
guys may have a lead on something.
