[WIARC] QND Cross Country Race

Hello All,

QND is again hosting their Fall Cross Country Race in South Park in Quincy.
They have requested our support for them with communications for this event.
It will be a sanctioned High School Cross Country Race bringing into our
area about 20 High Schools and 350 student athletes. The event is held
September 13th and they would like us "on Station" by 4:00pm with the first
race at 4:15 and I would expect to be done no later then 6:00pm baring an
event that would delay the race. We will need 5 or 6 hams for this great
