15 SEP, 2003 - 2100 CDT
After months of testing and tweaking, the ARRL Logbook of The World=20
(LoTW) went on-line shortly after 6:00 PM today. I have already=20
downloaded the revised Trusted QSL (TQSL) software and completed the=20
first step in obtaining my digital signature certificate so I can=20
upload my logs to LoTW. =20
The process is quick and easy if you read and follow the directions. =20
When asked to type in your FCC license mailing address, make sure you=20
type it in exactly as it appears on your license. This should eliminate =
any possible address-matching problems for the LoTW certificate =
computer.
The LoTW page on the ARRL website is: http://www.arrl.org/lotw/ =20
Please take the time to read the FAQs before you start the certificate
request process - particularly if you want certificates for more than
one callsign.
Step by step instructions are found on the Getting Started section.
