[WIARC] packet stuff

While the club digi on 144.910 seems to be deaf as a post, there is still a
little bit of activity on locally. N0TP has put  a packet station on 144.910
and has been leaving it on full time for use as a digi.  He was telling a
couple of us what was in his "heard" buffer and he has been hearing some DX
spots from WR0U up north as well as K9SD to the south.  Hopefully NA9Q will
find some time from his tough work schedule to move the DXCluster hardware
and get the W9AWE node up and running again shortly.

If any of you get on packet, let me know what kind of activity you hear.
