requests (listed below) from Riley Hollingsworth of the FCC Enforcement =
Bureau. The specific details of each monitoring request case are =

Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. 154(f)(4)(B), and the =
"Amended Agreement Between the Field Operations Bureau of the Federal =

Please monitor 3.860 MHz in the late evenings and early mornings between =

particularly interested in a group known as "Motley Crew". Please =

unidentified stations, such as "Florida Cowboy", a high-pitched voice or =
