Here is a good portion of a letter to WAR membership from secretary Josh relating to the upcoming meeting in Eau Claire:

Attention Members: If you haven’t seen already, our next bi-annual membership meeting will be coming up on Saturday, August 25th in Eau Claire, WI. The meeting will be held at the Jamf office located at 215 Riverfront Terrace, Eau Claire, WI 54703. There is parking in front of the building along the street, as well as behind the building in the municipal parking ramp which costs $0.50/hour. Registration will open at 9:30am as in past meetings, with the meeting beginning promptly at 10:00am. The Jamf office is a secure building and as such access will be limited. If you plan to attend the meeting, please be sure to arrive between 9:30am and 10:00am to gain access to the meeting, after that time access is not guaranteed.
