[WAR ] WAR Defunct?

Glenn,
It's not just you. I too have pending actions and have experienced
significant delays.
With respect to Milt and Dave and without a Chairman, what point does
the organization move on to new volunteers? I understand this is a hobby
and their work/personal lives take precedence, but many of us have
significant investments in equipment and tower site leases, of which
these delays impact us financially or prevent service to an area waiting
on replies.
I guess I am volunteering to do something, but need to find out where
to start.
