Just got this e-mail from Rick W9RIC

Thanks for the notice Rick, I'm sure it will save 
us all a lot of frustration trying to get around/through Appleton.

Exit 144 on Hwy 41 is where 41 is going east/west 
on the north edge of Appleton.
Delorme shows Randal Ave to be immediately south 
of the railroad tracks, and it looks like Owaissa 
Street will be the first street to the left.

>I want to let you know that Wisconsin Ave. in 
>Appleton is closed to traffic between Richmond 
>St.and Ballard Rd. for the next 6 months.
>Access to the Red Cross building can only be from the north.

>Directions:
> From Hwy 41 take exit 144, County Road E 
> (Ballard Rd.) south to Randall Ave. approx. 1.37 miles.
>Randall is the street just before the railroad tracks.
>Right (west) on Randall to N. Owaissa St.  Left 
>(south) on N. Owaissa St., 2 blocks to the Red Cross on the right.
