[WAR ] W.A.R. 2009 Second Notice Renewals

The Second Notice renewal forms were mailed on Thursday September 10,
2009, for those repeaters whose 2009 renewal form has not yet been returned.
Please verify the data on the form for your repeater (and links), sign
it, date it, and mail it back by the due date of November 15, 2009.

Note that per the new renewal process, approved at the W.A.R. April
18, 2009, meeting, there will be NO third renewal form.  Any repeater
or link whose annual renewal form is not returned by November 15th is
therefore de-coordinated.  (Not published in our listings, not
reported to the ARRL.)  A subsequent request for re-coordination must
be made in person, or by proxy, to the Board of  Directors and members
present at the next W.A.R. meeting.

The list of repeaters receiving a second notice renewal form will be
published in the Fall W.A.R. newsletter.  The repeaters in question
can also be found in the W.A.R. on-line listings.  Look at any of the
text files, not the html files, and those repeaters with "<-" by the
"update" column have not sent in their 2009 renewal form.
