This morning I mailed out 165 renewal forms for all repeaters whose last
renewal was in 2004 or earlier.  These forms were sent to the person listed
as the 'Primary Contact' in our database for your repeater.

Please verify the information on the form, indicate the appropriate status
of your repeater, sign and date the form and mail it back to me.
