[WAR ] Where is Al Smith W9ALS ?

Hello,

I'm trying to obtain a mailing address for Al Smith W9ALS so we can send 
him his repeaters' coordination renewal letter.
The mailing address we have on file for him in Prentice, WI, is no longer 
valid and the Post Office is unable to forward our mail.
Also, the telephone number that we had for him is no longer working.

Do you know where Al Smith W9ALS is and how we can get in touch with him?
