[WAR ] WAR Renewal Forms

The Wisconsin Association of Repeater (WAR) 2004 renewal forms are being
mailed on Wednesday, September 8th.

You will find that the renewal form has been changed.  It is no longer a two
page coordination form with the blanks filled in per the database record for
your repeater/link.

The new renewal form shows the basic information about your repeater/link in
a more concise format.  As a result the amount of paper has been reduced.
Most owners will receive only one page, while others may get two or three
depending on how many repeaters or links they have.  (There are only 5
owners that are receiving 4 or 5 pages.)

Please examine each frequency listed and make sure all data is correct as
shown on the form.  Please sign and return all forms.
