[WA2XMN] Armstrong Broadcast from Alpine Tower on 42.8MHz

Armstrong Fans,

So get your radios ready for 19 June 2025 - Noon (EDT).  This is 
wide-band FM, just like the current band.  So, signals maybe distorted 
on most VHF communications receivers.  Might be a good time to use that 
SDR dongle.

Based on signal reports from back in 2005, you should be able to hear 
WA2XMN out to about 60-70 miles.  Propagation on 42.8 MHz is a bit 
better than the current FM band.  Farthest report was from Mt. Greylock, 
127 miles, but that's the highest point in Massachusetts at 3,489 feet.

There are a couple of niggling technical details that need to be cleaned 
up.  I'll keep you informed.
